Impress your friends by cooking this unbelievable dish they might even think you trained to be a chef at a Culinary School.

How this roll is made:
1) Roll a simple ura-maki (inside out sushi roll) with a crispy tempura prawn and avocado filling, don't forget to add a little unagi sauce (eel sauce).
2) Grill some Unagi (freshwater eel) the cut it in half because its too big.
3) Add the eel on top of the inside-out sushi roll you made earlier and cut in to pieces with a Japanese knife (very sharp knife).
4) Decorate the sushi roll making it in to a dragon, use some octopus suckers for the eyes, make a simple cucumber garnish for the Dragon Frills, then cut some bell red peppers to make the horns. last but not least remove the whiskers of a deep fried prawn head and push them in to the eel.

Jiro Dreams of Sushi is the story of 85-year-old Jiro Ono, considered by many to be the world's greatest sushi chef. He is the proprietor of Sukiyabashi Jiro, a 10-seat, sushi-only restaurant inauspiciously located in a Tokyo subway station. Despite its humble appearances, it is the first restaurant of its kind to be awarded a prestigious three-star Michelin Guide rating, and sushi lovers from around the globe make repeated pilgrimage, calling months in advance and shelling out top dollar for a coveted seat at Jiro's sushi bar.

Jiro Dreams of Sushi is a thoughtful and elegant meditation on work, family, and the art of perfection, chronicling Jiro's life as both an unparalleled success in the culinary world and as a loving yet complicated father.

Not knowing how easy this recipe is, everybody will think you are just unbelievable :P

Chirashizushi is sushi rice served on a plate or bowl topped with a variety of colorful toppings such as sashimi and garnishes. It is also known as scattered sushi.

It is eaten annually on Hinamatsuri (ひなまつり) in March or for any special occasion such as birthday, anniversary, etc...

This is an easy Chirashizushi recipe using Chirashizushi seasonings called Sushi Taro It can make an authentic Chirashizushi and tastes pretty good, so if you can find it at Asian grocery stores you have to try it out ;)

Save time on cooking on Valentine day and spend more time with your family or your loved one! hehe
