Ingredients I used （5 ~ 7 kakiage tempura）

~ Kakiage sauce ~
: 50ml dashi stock
: 1 tbsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp mirin
: 1 tbsp sugar

~ Kakiage ingredients ~
: 80g shrimp
: 80g thinly sliced onion (1/2 onion)
: 80g carrot (julienne)
: Mitsuba leaf

~ batter ~
: 1 ~ 2 egg
: 70ml iced water
: Flour
: Spray gan
